We act as your financial command center - overseeing all financial processes from incorporation to ongoing financial planning, compliance, reporting, and strategic growth management. Our team brings deep financial expertise and local know-how to help business owners navigate the complex business landscape with confidence.

In addition to our core financial services, IVYIST also operates an Education Consulting arm that supports students seeking college and university opportunities in the U.S.

The Vision Behind Our Group

Founder - Ozer Burhan

With over two decades of experience in finance, management, and strategic consultancy, Ozer is the visionary behind Ivyist Group. His career spans leadership roles at globally recognized institutions and high-growth companies.

Ozer began his career at Ericsson, and from 2005 to 2009, he worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In 2009, he joined Turkcell, holding senior management positions for over five years. From 2014 to 2020, he served as Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer at Aktif Bank.

Prior to founding Ivyist Group, Ozer led Trive Group - first as Group CFO (2020–2023) and then as CEO (2023–2025).

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Bogazici University.
